THE DEEP DIVE:
Longer support for deeper transformation and integration

Six months of coaching designed for ADHDers who want extra continuity, accountability, and space to build habits in real-time. You get deeper support, more iterations, and time to truly practice new skills as life unfolds.

Timeline:  6 months

Sessions:  3 sessions per month (with one integration week built in)

Support:  Unlimited messaging between sessions

Investment:  $300 USD/month (or $1,700 USD paid in full)

Best for: ADHDers wanting consistent support, deeper transformation, and time to build sustainable habits and self-leadership.

Coaching Sessions Begin
